◎ Due date for abstract submission: July 16, 2012

◎ Notification of abstract acceptance: August 16, 2012

◎ Due date for full paper submission: September 10, 2012

◎ Workshop date: October 25, 2012

◎ Conference dates: October 26-27, 2012

 

Types of Presentation:

1. Oral presentation: Three to four papers in each session and each paper will be allocated with 20 minutes for presentation followed by a joint discussion period of 10 minutes.

2. Poster presentation: Post presenters will be provided a poster board to which they can affix summary of their work.

 

Paper Submission Guidelines:

1. Abstracts should be about 250 to 300 words; full papers should be single-spaced with a maximum of 15-pages in length.

2. Paper Size: A4 with margins of 2.50cm on each side.

3. Headings: Times New Roman, font size 14. Main text: Times New Roman, font size 12.

4. Prepared as Microsoft Word document based on APA 6th edition format.

5. Submission: Submissions of abstracts, submission forms, and full papers should be sent tostut.ae.esp@gmail.com

發表形式:

1. 口頭論文發表：每場次發表3～4篇論文，以英文發表，每篇論文發表時間為 20 分鐘，10分鐘為自由問答時段。

2. 海報論文發表：論文發表者需自行列印全開直 (約高150cm × 寬 90cm) 海報，張貼於主辦單位根據論文編號所準備之壁報板。

 

論文格式

1. 中英文摘要各以不超過250～300字為原則，總頁數不超過15頁。 採APA 第六版格式。

2. 紙張：以A4用紙，上下左右各2.50cm。

3. 字體：標題用14號字（粗體），內文用12號字。

4. 字型：標楷體（中文），Times New Roman（英文）。

5. 行高：固定行高16pt（中文），單行間距（英文）。

6. 摘要(中英文皆要附上)、投稿資料表及論文全文一律以電子郵件
