一、主旨：本研討會旨為加強國內年輕語言學學者研究動力、增加其發表研究的機會。並邀請國內語言學學者與會，針對發表論文詳盡評論，期能給予年輕語言學學者研究助力。
二、主辦單位：南台科技大學應用英語系(所)。
三、時間：2012年5月23日、24日(星期三、 四)。

A.以中文或英文宣讀論文20分鐘、討論 10分鐘；
B.中文或英文之海報論文。

☆ 2012年2月10日：摘要截止收件。
(1)摘要投稿方式：線上投稿 (中文或英文 500字以內)。
(2)論文須為原著且未曾正式發表。研討會當天以口頭發表論文，論文全
文通過審查者，會後將申請國際標準書號ISBN集結成冊出。請先自行由母語為英語專家潤稿後，再行投稿。

摘要投稿須知：
(1) 摘要需匿名，並以兩頁為限(含參考書目、例句)，請以 Times New Roman或細明體 12 點單行繕打，上下左右各留2.54公分邊界。
(2)摘要請以○○○（投稿者姓名）-○○○○(文章篇名)方式存為PDF檔(如：林曉華-台灣客語的語音探索)，並以相同名稱做為信件標題，以附件形式 email至：2012NCL@gmail.com
(3) 投稿基本資料請標註投稿者姓名、就讀學校系所、指導老師、聯絡電話。
(4) 發表形式為中英文口頭論文與海報發表，如有偏好請於信件內文註明，否則以審查結果評定。
(5) 摘要及相關資料寄送後一星期內如未收到確認信件，請主動連繫詢問。
(6) 經審查接受發表之摘要，作者需授權同意刊登論文於會議網站。

The 13th National Conference on Linguistics in 2012; NCL
Graduate students, in either MA or PhD programs, are invited to submit proposals for the 13th National Conference on Linguistics (NCL), to be held on May 23-24, 2012, at the Department of Applied English, Southern Taiwan University. For each proposal accepted, the presentation to the audience will be up to 20 minutes long. Each manuscript will be commented on by a discussant. The official languages of the conference are English and Mandarin Chinese.
2. The filename of the abstract should be named in the format of name-title (e.g., wangxiaoying-Interlanguage pragmatics). The subject used in the email submission should be the same as the filename of the abstract. The contributor’s contact information, including the institution, program of study, telephone number, and advisor’s name, should be provided in the text of the email.
3. Any preference for oral or poster presentation should be specified in the submission, or it will be decided based on the review outcome. If a contributor does not hear from us within a week of the submission, s/he should please contact the person below.
